My Inspiration

My Inspiration

My inspiration began at home, in the warmth of my grandmother’s kitchen—where she cooked with soul and purpose until the age of 107. My mother, known for her irresistibly moist and delicious cakes, added sweetness and grace to our family table, passing down her love for baking in every bite. My Aunt Polly, my twin flame in spirit, nurtured my heart and imagination, teaching me to lead with both passion and presence. With a foundation in the visual arts and classical French culinary training, I channel creativity, culture, and emotion into every dish I create. Each plate is a tribute to the women who shaped me and the cultures I’ve explored around the world—I cook to honor tradition, innovate boldly, and connect people through flavor.
